How to hire fitness equipment

We will work with you to organise a suitable time for delivery, or if you prefer, by appointment you can pick the equipment up.

The information we require from you is your name and your contact details. For security we also need your drivers’ license, credit card details, and an external relative or friend details who does not reside with you, whilst the machine is on hire.

Or make a commitment to yourself by using the on line shopping cart.

Using the online shopping cart is easy. When you have found the product you want to hire, click on the suitable hire period, then click on the delivery method. Once you have done this, click on the cart button on the top right hand corner of the page. This allows you to review what you have selected. once satisfied, click the checkout button. The Checkout does not require a lot of information and is relatively quick to fill out. The cart will ask for your credit card details. YOUR CARD IS NOT PROCESSED AT THIS TIME. Your details are securely provided to us. We will contact you to confirm delivery times and then process your card. So if you have made a mistake there is time to resolve it. How our Hire works for you.

  1. We hire our machines on either a 4 week, 12, week or 24 week basis.
  2. You will get 100% refund of your hire fees if you choose to purchase your machine within the first month. If you purchase after the first month only half of your initial hire period is refunded.
  3. You can extend your hire on either a 4 week, 12, week or 24 week basis once the old hire has lapsed.
  4. Delivery is within the Melbourne metropolitan area, some Gippsland areas, and other areas as listed in   Areas we hire  . Delivery outside of these areas is at the discretion of Hire Direct employees and a additional fee maybe incurred if delivery is offered or available.
  5. Delivery charges also include FREE pick up once your hire has expired and you no longer require the machine.
  6. Payment for your hire and delivery fees need to be paid in full prior to delivery.
