It is important to you and to hireDIRECT that you have an enjoyable experience when dealing with us. In the unlikely event that something is not quite right, then please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. Please remember that communication is important, and you need to let us know if you need some help.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund as per Victorian Consumer law. In the case of you changing your mind, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. This will take into consideration the length of time the machine has been used, and the costs we have incurred. If a hire machine has has broken down, we will endeavor to replace it within 3 days. Any time lost due to a product breakdown will be added to the term of the rental.

In the case of purchased product. The product does come with a warranty,unless otherwise stipulated, and we and or the supplier reserve the right to inspect the machine before agreeing to any form of action.

Returns
